CTP is a global system that's been streamlined and enhanced to support GVMS (Goods Vehicle Movement Service) requirements and NIP (Northern Ireland Protocol)
It records Bill of Entry information and captures essential data such as voyage / vessel / container / document details for goods arriving from overseas - and it retains the information at item level.
In addition it controls all Bond and Free Zone Stock Management – and looks excise duty, customs duty and VAT. CTP ensures you are fully Customs Compliant – and ready for inspections and audits at any time.
Bit it doesn't stop there. It works effectively to speed up the clearance process, avoid fines and legal violations - and enables payment of duty to be deferred where applicable
Tracks duty deposits and warns of deposit expiry
Provides normalization of HS (tariff) codes across countries, including Chinese and Arabic as well as HS code changes from customs
Tracks stock status within the operation, linking it to inbound and outbound declarations
